Contact

Start a conversation

Send a note describing your situation and what you are hoping to get out of the process. There is no form to fill out and no commitment involved. A short exchange is usually enough to understand whether this work would be useful and what the right scope might look like.

Send a note by email

Write to hello@velluedigital.com. A few sentences about your organization, your site, and what feels like it is not working is enough to get started. No brief required.

Responses typically arrive within one to two business days.

A straightforward process from first contact

After an initial exchange by email, a short call is usually the right next step. That conversation is about your context: what the site is meant to do, where it is falling short, and what you have already tried. It typically runs thirty to forty-five minutes and does not require any preparation.

From there, the scope of the engagement is shaped to match the situation. If the work is a good fit, a proposal follows. If it is not, the conversation will have been useful anyway and you will have a clearer sense of what kind of help would serve you best.

There is no predetermined outcome to the first conversation

The initial exchange is genuinely exploratory. Some organizations arrive with a specific problem they want to examine. Others have a general sense that something is not working and are not sure where to start. Both are reasonable starting points and neither requires a polished problem statement.

If after talking it becomes clear that the scope needed is outside what Vellue does, or that a different kind of engagement would serve you better, that will be said plainly. The goal of the first conversation is understanding, not commitment.

Most engagements begin with a short email. If your website feels harder to manage than it should, that is a reasonable reason to send one.
